Title: A Prayer for the Brokenhearted

Scripture: Psalm 34:18

"The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit."

Father, in the name of Jesus,

Today I come before You with every hurt, disappointment, and burden that I have been carrying.

Lord, You know the pain I don't always talk about. You see the wounds that others cannot see. You understand the tears, the questions, and the struggles that I have tried to handle on my own.

But today, I bring them to You.

Your Word says that You are close to the brokenhearted, and right now, I need Your presence. Draw near to me and remind me that I am not alone.

Heal the places in my heart that have been wounded by disappointment, rejection, loss, and hurt. Give me peace where there has been pain, hope where there has been discouragement, and strength where there has been weakness.

Help me to trust You with what I cannot change and to believe that You are still working in my life, even when I don't understand the process.

Lord, I surrender my pain to You.

I choose to trust Your love, rest in Your promises, and believe that healing is taking place one day at a time.

Thank You for being close to me in this season.

Thank You for loving me through every step of my healing journey.

In Jesus' name,

Amen.

 

Reflection:

Before you move on with your day, take a moment and ask yourself:

"What hurt have I been carrying that I need to fully surrender to God?"

Then give it to Him.

Not just once.

But every day.

Because healing begins when we place our pain in the hands of the One who knows exactly how to restore what has been broken.
