Title: A Prayer to Break Cycles

Father, in the name of Jesus,

I come before You today lifting up the person reading this prayer. Lord, You see every cycle they’ve been struggling with. You see the patterns, the habits, the thoughts, the bad dreams and, You see the situations that keep repeating in their life.

And God, today we bring it all before You.

Father, Your Word says that who the Son sets free is free indeed. So right now, in the name of Jesus, we declare freedom.

Freedom from every negative cycle.
Freedom from every destructive habit.
Freedom from every mindset that is not like You.

Lord, give them the strength and wisdom to make new decisions.
Give them the discipline to stay committed to change.
Give them the wisdom to recognize what needs to be released.

Father, help them to let go of what is familiar but not beneficial. Help them to walk away from anything that keeps pulling them backward.

Break every chain.
Destroy every stronghold.
And renew their mind according to Your Word.

Lord, remind them that they are a new creation in You. That they are not bound by their past. That they are not defined by their mistakes.

Give them the courage to say, “It ends with me.”

And Father, as they take steps forward, guide them, strengthen them, and surround them with Your peace.

We trust You for total freedom.
